I do research and creative projects about the concept of time. I am passionate about cross-disciplinary dialogue. In my projects I bring together academia, its applications and arts. See for example, Celebrating Time: 3rd International Conference and Festival on Time Perspective: http://tpcph2016.com/ held in Copenhagen, Denmark, 2016.
I hold a PhD degree in Psychology and in my research I’m interested to know how people perceive time of their life, what are their attitudes towards their own past, present and future, how they make decisions based on that and how it impacts their well-being.
This research forms the base of the creativity courses and workshops that I offer in my Creative Time Studio.
Currently I’m the Head of the Board at Time Perspective Network, an association that unites people across 40+ different countries passionate about the concept of time. I teach Cross-Cultural Psychology and Psychology of Time at DIS: Study Abroad in Scandinavia. My photography was exhibited in Sweden, Latvia and Denmark. Latest project – Indvielsen, was featured in Weekendavisen.
I’m open for various projects, such as public speaking about psychology of time, facilitating workshops on creativity as a resource at your organization, photo-shoots, opportunities to work on cultural events or supervising students on variety of levels (BA, MA, PhD).
